We are family Theunissen. We like to tell you something about our guesthouse.

	Pension Seinpad is a small and friendly guesthouse where everyone feels at home. It is located at the Nieuwe Waterweg which has a nice boulevard where you can enjoy a fascinating view of the ships passing by.

To the town centre or to the beach it is approximately a 10 minutes walk.
Our guesthouse has 4 double rooms. In 2 rooms is the possibility of placing an extra bed. All rooms have a wash-hand basin, television, a refrigerator, a ceiling fan ad a clock radio.

On the same floor at the front is a nautical atmosphere sitting room completely with kitchen. This room offers you a magnificent view at the Nieuwe Waterweg with its shipping. Adjacent is a built-in balcony which is accessible for everyone. Guests who smoke are kindly requested to smoke their cigarette/cigar/pipe in here.

Breakfast is on request, but you also can take care of your own breakfast. A residence with kitchen is at your disposal.
The shower and bathroom are for general use and are located on the same floor as the rooms.

Thus, for a pleasant stay in Hoek van Holland, with lots of opportunities for walking along the beach or the dunes, bicycle tours or excursions to The Hague, Rotterdam or Delft and a good night's rest come and stay at Pension "Seinpad"

Location is very suitable for a group of 8 to 10 persons.
